These terms are the agreement between you and ZeroDayDesk when you use zerodaydesk.com or buy anything from us. By using the site or buying from us, you accept them.
What we sell
Education and software. We sell places on a coaching program, and access to the desk software that goes with it. That is all.
We do not give financial advice
Everything we provide is for education only. We are not a broker, a financial adviser, or an investment manager, and nothing we provide is a personal recommendation.
- * We do not give signals, alerts, tips, or trade recommendations.
- * We do not tell you what to buy or sell, or when.
- * We never have access to your trading account, and we never place trades for you. Every trade you place is your own decision and your own responsibility.
- * Nothing we say is a promise or projection of any financial result.
If you want advice about your own circumstances, speak to a licensed professional.
Risk warning
Trading options involves substantial risk, including the risk of losing more than you put in. Past results do not predict future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract where you live. You buy for yourself. Your place and your login are personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in USD and include any taxes we are required to add.
You can pay in full, or in weekly instalments if we offer that for what you are buying. An instalment plan is a way of paying for one purchase, not a subscription � you are committing to the full amount, and the remaining payments stay due.
If a payment fails, we will try again and contact you. If payments stay unpaid, we may suspend access until the account is up to date.
Refunds
14-Day Clean Start Guarantee. Try the desk for 14 days. If you don't like it, just let us know and we'll buy your seat back � no questions asked, no hard feelings.
Ask by emailing hello@zerodaydesk.com within 14 days of your purchase. Where you have paid in instalments, we refund what you have paid and cancel the rest.
Software access
Software access is included for the period stated at the time of purchase. After that you can choose to continue month to month. Continuing is your decision, and you can cancel at any time.
Our content
The program materials, the software and everything on the site belong to us. You may use them for your own trading. You may not copy, share, publish, resell or use them to build a competing product.
Anything you write or submit stays yours. You give us permission to use it to provide the service to you.
Using the site properly
Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or the software, and don't use either for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that does.
Availability
We try to keep everything running, but we do not guarantee the site, or the software will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change or withdraw features.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law � including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, we are not liable for any trading losses, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or do not pay. Anything already due stays due.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date at the top. If we make a significant change, we will tell you.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of California, and the courts of California have jurisdiction over any dispute.
